Balcony rainwater systems
Vesivek solution for balcony rainwater systems consists of high quality products covering needs with both new building and renovations. Our principle is also with these products, that solutions should last decades. Vesivek balcony rainwater system tubes are made of thick-wall aluminum tube, powder laquered with colours in accordance with house colours.
Drains through balcony floor are made of stainless steel and they include fire blocks (fire resistant) which prevent the fire from spreading from one floor to another for up to 60 minutes. This is important specially when balconies have glasses around them.
Balcony drains are manufacured by RP-Systems Oy, a Nesco Group company.

Emergency exit hatch ladder
Hatch ladder is used when the maximum safety is needed for balconies' emergency exits. Normal ladders in tall buildings require skill and courage when climbing downwards. Hatch ladder is needed especially when balconies are out of reach for fire trucks.
Exiting through balcony floor is far more easier and safer way than ladder solutions outside balconies. In addition, glass windows can make exiting more difficult in case of fire.
Vesivek hatch ladder fulfills finnish EI30 fire requirements, meaning that it slows down the fire for at least 30 minutes.
