Visual inspection of the roof from outside the building.
Inspection of the roof covering, including the condition of fixings and the roof surface/coating.
Inspection of the condition and sealing of roof penetrations, as well as the functionality of roof safety equipment.
Inspection of the condition of the structures beneath the roof, including the underlayment, framing, and flashings around roof penetrations (if access to the attic is possible).
A photo-illustrated condition report with explanations.

Roof Repair Plan – 715 € per building
An initial assessment report with illustrations, containing the same information as a roof condition inspection.
A comprehensive repair plan detailing the areas requiring repair, along with descriptions
of the proposed measures. A template for a request for proposals to solicit bids for a roof repair project.
Does not include technical drawings.

Plinth Condition Inspection – 439 € per building
Written and illustrated condition inspection report:
Assessment of rainwater drainage and drainage pipe functionality
Opinion on the slopes and functionality of the topsoil, as well as the soil conditions around the foundation.
Opinion on the foundation design (moisture and thermal insulation, condition of the stone foundation).
The condition survey inspector’s observations on the current situation and proposed measures.

Gutter cleaning / mechanical cleaning – 179 € per apartment
Mechanical cleaning of gutters to remove dirt and debris.
We dispose of the waste generated by the work properly and safely.
Service available only for 1- to 3-story properties.
For 2- to 3-story properties, there is an additional crane fee of 815 €.
Note: A carport or other yard building is counted as one apartment unit.

Roof Snow Removal
Roof snow removal for row houses, access balcony buildings and low-rise apartment buildings.
This service is not available in areas with heavy traffic or in the city center.

Review of the current state of the property’s roof safety and an interview
with the property representative.
A visual report on the current state of roof safety, potential risks posed by snow and ice, and necessary repairs.

The report also serves as a basis for planning and budgeting.

Periodic inspection of roof safety equipment – 680 €
Statutory periodic inspection of roof safety equipment by a certified inspector.
Includes, for example, the inspection of safety rails, cable systems, and other anchor points for safety ropes.

Periodic inspection of safety equipment – 112 €
Statutory periodic inspection of personal protective equipment by an authorized inspector (e.g., safety harnesses and safety ropes).

Online Training – 228 €
Approximately 1-hour online training course providing an introduction to the law, requirements, and responsibilities.
Basics of roof safety: The roof must be safe for people working in the building, passersby, the surrounding area, and those performing maintenance work.

Vesivek Safety Cabinet – 594 €
The cabinet stores documents required by property regulations (minutes and operating instructions) as well as the necessary personal fall protection equipment, keeping them safe and easily accessible.
The cabinet also contains QR codes linking to instructional videos on the proper use of fall protection equipment.
The cabinet measures 70x100x30 cm and is made of powder-coated sheet metal. Delivered as an accessory to the property. The cabinet includes hanging hooks and a plastic pocket for easy storage of documents.
The necessary safety equipment must be ordered separately.

This professional-grade harness kit includes everything you need to move safely on a roof:

Fire Compartmentalization of the Attic

Fire Compartment Condition Inspection and Report – 425 €
Assessment/inspection of the functionality and condition of fire-resistant partitions located in the attic or that are completely missing.
A report with photographs of the fire-resistant partitions in the attic.
Repair proposal for damaged or missing fire compartments (includes a cost estimate).
Cannot be performed on flat-roofed buildings where access to the attic is not possible.

Implementation of fire compartmentalization in the attic
